Join us for a meditation and yin yoga workshop. One of the quickest ways to enlightenment is to visualize yourself awakening, and in our world, most of the images we see of yogic and meditation practitioners are masculine. Women practitioners have seemingly fewer heroines to emulate. At the same time, many teachers will remind us that women are superior practitioners. Join us for a meditation and Yin Yoga workshop where we will delve deeply into the meaning of women’s history month, international women’s day, and a new moon. This workshop will include:
A visualization mediation.
A new moon intention-setting circle.
A yin yoga practice.
This workshop is donation based (suggested $15 but you can donate anything from $3 to $108) . If you donate $24 and more you can also take a free yoga or pilates class at the studio at any point in the future.
