Please have available:
Floor cushion space:
Something soft to sit/lie down on; yoga mat, blanket, rug, carpeted floor.
Chair:
1 armless chair (no wheels)
Or
A lowing sofa nearby (should be able to reach and rest back of calves on sofa seat)
Blankets:
2-3 yoga blankets or throw type blanket
(Ideally thicker weave type blankets will provide the most support, e.g., yoga blankets, wool blanket/throws, or quilted type blankets)
*Alternative options to the blanket/throw:
2-3 large bath towels
Pillows:
2 cushion type pillows (from sofa)
Or
2 bedroom pillows
*firm and denser is better
Or
Yoga bolster
Blocks:
2 yoga blocks
Or
2 thick books of equal height
